# Pro plan

> Retrac Pro plan limits and features for small businesses.

The **Pro** plan is designed for small businesses that have outgrown the free tier and need invoicing, suppliers, more catalog capacity, and team collaboration.

## What counts toward limits

### Total items

The number of items in your catalog. **Deleting items frees capacity.** Adding items via the UI, CSV import, bulk create, or API all count. When you hit the limit, you cannot create new items until you upgrade or delete existing ones.

### Transfers per billing cycle

Each completed transfer increments usage for the current billing period. **Reverted transfers** still count toward the limit for the cycle in which they were created.

### Locations, tags, and users

Hard caps per workspace. You cannot create more than your plan allows without upgrading.

## Upgrade to Pro

1. Go to **Settings → Billing** (owners only).
2. Click **Upgrade** or **Change plan**.
3. Select Pro, choose monthly or yearly billing, and confirm checkout via Stripe.

Limits update immediately after payment.
