Retrac is built for teams. Invite colleagues so they can help manage inventory, create transfers, and adjust stock — with controls over who can see which locations.
Only workspace owners can invite and manage members. Each plan has a maximum number of users per workspace.
Invite by email
Open Members settings
Go to Settings → Members in the sidebar.
Click Invite member
Click Invite member and enter one or more email addresses.
Set location access (optional)
For members, restrict which locations they can see or edit:Leave all locations on Edit for full workspace access. Send the invite
Send the invite. Invitees receive an email with a link to join. Pending invites show status Invited in the members table.
Invite link
For faster onboarding, generate a reusable invite link from the Members page. Anyone with the link can join the workspace (subject to your plan’s user limit). Revoke or rotate links from the same screen when needed.
Accepting an invite
Recipients click the email link or visit the invite URL while signed in (or create an account first). They are added to the workspace with the role and location access defined in the invite.
Remove a member
Owners can remove active members or cancel pending invites from the Members table menu. Removed users lose access immediately but their account remains.
